Camp of Champs Powered by Christus 2023
The CHRISTUS Human Performance Center is proud to partner with Bishop Gorman and their athletic department for the 2023 Camp of Champs. It is not a requirement to be a Bishop Gorman student to attend Camp of Champs.
For 4-weeks this summer, the CHRISTUS Human Performance Center will train Crusader athletes in all forms for performance enhancement, with the goal of taking their athletic ability to the next level!
Price
$200 per student-athlete
Paid by check and left with the Bishop Gorman front office

Training Structure
Start at 8:30 am and end at 10:00 am
Two groups (Boys and Girls)
One group will start out doing speed and agility work while the other group lifts, then flip at the 45-minute mark.
