The AP World History Class is excavating their sites for the Archaeological Dig this week!

Please join us in praying for our 38 students and their chaperones as they head to Washington DC for the March for Life to bring awareness to those whose lives were taken through abortion and speak for those yet unborn.
What a blessing to be part of the BG community who together raise up future saints and missionaries to follow Jesus' call to stand for those who cannot stand for themselves. #BGCru #mercyinmotion

A Message from Bishop Joseph Strickland
The vision statement of Bishop Thomas K. Gorman Catholic School is simple but profound, “To prepare and form future saints and missionaries”. This gets to the heart of what it means to be a Catholic disciple of Jesus Christ. All students, parents, faculty, administrators and staff are urged to ponder deeply what this means in our lives. As we celebrate this Christmas Season let us be aware that this is what Christmas, the Nativity of the Lord, is all about. He came to open the door to sainthood for every man, woman and child and to send us forth to proclaim His Good News with our very lives. May we all continually ask ourselves, what does it mean for me to be a saint? What does it mean for me to be a missionary?

Texas A&M men's basketball game against NSU included a familiar face on the court for the Aggies: Aaron Janecek (#25), who attended St. Gregory and Bishop Gorman before moving to Houston after his sophomore year. Aaron, a senior majoring in mechanical engineering, was invited to join the Aggies basketball program as a walk-on this past summer. Proud of this former Crusader!

Thank you to our wonderful PTO for sending some elves to Bishop Gorman to treat our students to hot chocolate and Classic Christmas movies! Only two more days of exams, Crusaders! #YouveGotThis #BGCru

No December is complete at Bishop Gorman without Mr. Glosson's dramatic reading of the "How the Grinch Stole Christmas." The library was packed during advisory with BG students of all ages who love attending this annual event. Alas, no roast beast was served!

Join us for a special Middle School and High School choir performance of Lessons & Carols this Sunday, Dec. 12, at 4 PM in the Chapel of Sts. Peter & Paul!
